Who is Jeff?

Jeff Hemmings is a life-long Chelsea fan who has dedicated his retired years to serving his community. From walking for charity to serving as a Wandsman at St Pauls Cathedral, Jeff's retired days are far from dull. He is a father to two daughters, Donna & Angie, pictured above, and a grandfather to four grandchildren.
